How often do I need pest control?

It is recommended that you have your home treated at least once every 12 months.

Are my pets safe?

The chemicals are certified for safe use public places, domestic, industrial and schools. We do recommend some precautions depending on the type of problem you have.

The treatments and sprays we use are safe on animals but not all, if you have any concerns please discuss it with us.

Can I stay on the property?

In most cases yes. However if you need to leave, we will notify you in advance.

Do I need to prepare for treatment?

We will let you know whether you will need to prepare because each case is different. You may be asked to do a few things, depending on whether we are working outside or inside.

Can I have a treatment done if it rains?

It depends on how heavy the rain is. If it is raining very heavily, we can always reschedule your appointment.  

I have kids and is it still safe for them?

We will always cater for your own personal needs. We do recommend that kids under 4 have no treatment to their rooms and play areas, as at this age we might not know about their possible allergies.
